Looking for a roommate to take over my roommate’s lease as she is moving out of state. It is a beautiful apartment downtown Menlo Park with spacious rooms, a cute outdoor patio, and lots of sunlight. It is very centrally located: 5 min walk to Safeway, 15 min walk to Trader Joe's and Santa Cruz Ave, 10 min bike to Stanford Shopping Center, and 15 min bike to Stanford campus. My roommate is happy to leave some furniture for you if you would like that.

Available last week of November, ideally someone moves in by December 1st

• Rent is $3,400 for the apartment, $1,700 each

• Electric (average 100~) and water/sewage/trash (average 150~)

• No A/C; but we do have a ceiling fan and central heating

• Dishwasher, microwave, oven, big fridge, lots of counter space

• Tub/ shower combo

• Wood floors in shared spaces and carpet in bedrooms

• 2 parking spots per apartment (1 in parking garage, 1 outside)

• Washer / Dryer in the apartment complex, right across from the unit

• Application fee is $35 + quick background check
