The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and is newly renovated with a fantastic kitchen that has a gas stove and a dishwasher, hardwood floors throughout, and an in-unit washer & dryer. There are also two large private outdoor spaces with citrus and plum trees. The house is located near shopping with an easy commute to Stanford. Street parking is available for a car, and we have plenty of space for a motorcycle or similar-sized vehicle!

The available room is 124 sq ft, freshly painted with huge built-in cabinets and three lovely windows! It can easily fit a full-sized bed, desk, and bookcase.

Current tenants: 2 female Stanford alumnae and 1 Stanford employee in our mid-20s. We are employed, clean, friendly, quiet, and conscientious. Favorite pastimes include reading, going on walks or to museums or musicals!

Looking for a roommate who is friendly, clean, COVID cautious (vaccinated & boosted and mask regularly), and LGBTQ+ friendly! No smoking/drugs and no large pets (as we have two dwarf hamsters). Female roommate preferred. Also hoping to keep a kind and friendly vibe in the house!
