Your space will include a large bedroom with ample space for a Queen bed, a couch, and side tables, complemented by a small outdoor area and a private bathroom. The kitchen has modern amenities and a gas stove, while the living room is adorned with skylights, bathing the space in afternoon light. Enjoy a private patio perfect for morning meals or social gatherings. The unit features in-house washer/dryer and storage.

I've attached my landlord's professional photos of the place, but it is currently more furnished by my roommates and I with couches, coffee tables, chairs, dining room table, record player, plants and more – and excitingly is still in design-phase if you would like to make the space your own. You will be joining my two lovely female early-20s roommates (one is a Stanford alumnae, the other is a John Hopkins alumnae), who have the other two bedrooms and share the bathroom upstairs. They are active people who love chatting and exploring the city.

I'm unfortunately relocating out from SF and looking for someone to appreciate and care for this space as their new residence with their name taking over mine on the lease.
