The person who's moving out is only leaving to live with their significant other. We're 2 guys aged 26 & 32 and both international (France and Greece). We're all fully vaccinated. Our hobbies vary wildly: 15+ mile hikes, cooking at home, board games, flying (1 private pilot), working out, and random personal projects. You will be a full housemate: access to all common spaces/laundry/yard/pool/etc.

There's 1 garage spot included in rent, and free off-street parking for guests. Close to Stanford, Google, Palo Alto, and 101 and 280 freeways. 10 minutes by car to Stanford or Google, 20 minutes by bike to each.

Available to view any day by appointment. Must have clean criminal background check and good credit (or no credit history and proof of income). Trash, HOA, and pool maintenance fees included. We split electricity, water, gas, wifi, and cleaner. 1-year lease preferred, shorter may be negotiable.

Option to come furnished for an extra $100/month.

We are LGBTQ+ friendly, and looking for a housemate who is too. No smoking, drugs, pets, or excessively loud parties. These are all non-negotiable. Adult dinner parties, casual hangouts with drinks, karaoke nights, and other get-togethers encouraged :) Couples ok if you also want to rent the other room as an office (discount available). Occasional overnight guests welcome, just no "extra roommates" - the landlord limits the house to 4 total people.
