I am looking for someone to take over our lease in Santa Clara right on the border of Santa Clara and Sunnyvale. The unit is a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment located just a 3-minute walk from the Lawrence Caltrain station.

The apartment is part of a small complex next to the Costco and features:
• 2 bedrooms, 1 bath
• Comes with an assigned parking spot
• Coin laundry on-site
• Landscaped courtyard
• The unit will be professionally cleaned before you take over & you have the option of us leaving our furniture/ beds.
• Utilities: $50-$60/Month

Rent is an incredibly cheap $2295/month until June 30, 2024. After that, you can renew the lease or go month-to-month.

REQUIREMENTS TO RENT:
• Income (At least 2.5x, $5737/month total for tenants)
• Good credit
• Good rental history requirements if applicable
