I am looking for a caring and reliable individual to move into my recently renovated cottage in exchange for assistance with various tasks. The primary responsibilities would involve grocery shopping, preparing meals, providing rides to medical appointments, and some light cleaning. Here are some relevant details:

*Location: The cottage is a separate unit, situated in the Redwood Oaks area of RWC, just a 15-min drive from Stanford’s campus. It's a beautiful space I recently renovated. All new appliances with gas stove, full refrigerator, washer and dryer, convection microwave, AC and heater, new shower, etc.

*Time Commitment: ~10 hours per week. Looking for someone with a relatively flexible
schedule who can easily commit to this. Hours will be split between multiple days as needed.

*Availability: Looking for someone who does not travel out-of-state frequently. Any travel plans to be discussed in advance.

*Preferred Qualifications: While not mandatory, any experience in nursing or caring for the elderly is a plus.

*Dates: move-in between mid-December and early January.

*Training: My current tenant is happy to take you along on grocery trips and show you how she meal preps so you can get a feel for it.
