I'm looking to lease my apartment room starting end of Dec 2023/Jan 2024 to a female. You will be sharing the apartment with another girl roommate 22 year old software engineer working in the bay.

You will have your own bedroom + walk in closet + bathroom. The base rent per month is $2454, plus however much utility + wifi comes out to be for the apartment. The apartment building comes with free weekly fitness classes, free guest parking, and 24/7 gym.

Please see video for our apartment layout (the one in the video is 2 floors above ours, exact same layout tho). The bedroom I'm leasing is the one next to the living room, not the one by the front door.
