I'm subletting my sunny, fully furnished downtown Oakland studio from Dec. 4 - Jan. 2 (move-in can be after but not before Dec. 4 and move-out can be before but not after Jan. 2) for $1400 total (amount will vary depending on dates requested). (I'm paying utilities and offering a discount on my monthly rent in exchange for you keeping my plants alive!) 2 housing references (former housemates/roommates/landlords), a security deposit, and a signed sublet agreement will be required.

The apartment features three large windows, a full-sized and fully equipped kitchen (including Vitamix, food processor, Instant Pot, and a stocked pantry), a full bathroom, a walk-in closet, a sleeper sofa and an additional futon, a queen-sized bed, a sitting desk, a standing desk set-up, high-speed internet, and in-building coin-operated laundry. The apartment is located in the heart of Oakland: It's a four-minute walk from Lake Merritt, a six-minute walk from 12th St. BART, an 11-minute walk from Lake Merritt BART, and a five- to ten-minute walk from many of Oakland's best bars, restaurants, cafés, and museums. There are two well-stocked mini-grocery stores moments away!
