Hello!

I'm looking for someone (preferably female) to move in starting January into a shared 3br/1ba townhouse. I work as a lab manager/research assistant and like to think of myself as a clean, agreeable gal -- this is peer-reviewed information :)
I enjoy hanging out once in a while or watching a movie together but I also appreciate alone time, which I love to spend at the gym, reading or out exploring the bay area with friends. My other housemate is a grad student and he is very quiet and rarely home but is very polite and nice.

A bit about the house:

• Safe and quiet residential neighborhood in Menlo Park, next to University Ave. 1min walk to a grocery store.
• The room is large, bright, and can be left furnished (see photos).
• The house is about 2.5 mi (4 km) from Stanford campus and 1.7 mi (2.8 km) from Palo Alto Caltrain station. Stanford campus is 15min bike/bus which stops really close to the house/10 min by car.
• Rent is $1,330 + utilities ($50)
• The property has parking spots, a garage, in unit washer + dryer, dishwasher + microwave, high quality projector in the living room.
