Hello, and welcome to the Alma House!
We have a pretty special home that all of us love and are looking for a roommate (any gender!) to move in as early as January 1st. We are three men, ages 24, 31, and 41, and all are Stanford-affiliated. We are all generally busy with work and school, but find time to hang out and be active in a variety of ways. We are also all politically progressive; not in a super annoying way but also in the sense that we have a difficult time with conservatives in large doses :).

-midtown Palo Alto (Alma St), 10 min walk to Cal Ave Caltrain station, 5 min bike ride to Palo Alto midtown shopping center (Safeway, CVS etc), 12 min bike ride to the center of Stanford
-4 bed/2.5 bath, tenant will have own bathroom
-spacious living room, kitchen, and deck/BBQ area
-in-unit washer and dryer
-refrigerator/freezer shared with one other roommate
-2 car parking spaces (current tenants occupy the two spots, but can alternate with street parking nearby)
-bike parking available
-most living, kitchen, and furniture essentials are available
Room details:
-includes mattress, bed frame, desk, lamp, and fan, to be taken over from previous tenant for $600 total
-rent is $1,490/month and deposit is $1,000, payable to the previous tenant
-utilities and internet ~$60-$80/month
-new tenant will need to undergo registration process and background check with the agency that manages the property ($45 fee)
-lease is month-to-month
