Moving in with my friends and looking for someone to take over my lease. It is a beautiful apartment downtown Menlo Park with spacious rooms, a cute outdoor patio, and lots of sunlight. It is very centrally located: 5 min walk to Safeway, 15 min walk to Trader Joe's and Santa Cruz Ave, and 15 min bike to Stanford campus.

Available early January, ideally someone moves in first week of January

• Rent is $3,400 for the apartment, $1,700 each

• Electric (average 100~) and water/sewage/trash (average 150~)

• Security deposit $823.75

• Dishwasher, microwave, oven, big fridge, lots of counter space

• Tub/ shower combo

• 2 parking spots per apartment (1 in parking garage, 1 outside)

• Washer / Dryer in the apartment complex, right across from the unit

• Application fee is $35 + quick background check

Your roommate will be a male in his mid/late 20s working at Google and pursuing a PhD. He lived internationally, and is nice, quite, and responsive when it comes to cleaning or other logistics. Spends most of his time outside of the apartment.
