The Fountains Condominium Complex (12 units on the corner of Hamilton Ave and Middlefield Rd. needs a part-time property manager, who will oversee issues on the owners' behalf.

These would include landscaping (finding service provider), dealing with our Accounting Firm, maintenance issues such as water leaks, drainage, etc. All by sourcing and managing service providers and Palo Alto City when required.
