Hi my roommate will be moving out April 30th so I'm looking for someone to take over his lease for one year. You will get your own room and bathroom. The apartment complex is called Macara Gardens. It's around a 30min drive to Stanford and the closest cal train station is 1 mile away. Rent is around 1,600 including utilities! It's honestly a pretty nice apartment for this price.
