Current housemates are two women (a recent grad working in biotech and an ex-academic now working as a consultant) along with one shy, adult cat. The vibe of the house is that we are friendly but busy individuals with independent lives. It's a very quiet, non-partying, respectful home with the expectation that common areas are kept very tidy and clean. We're looking for someone friendly who greatly values and independently keeps very high cleanliness standards.
First and last month's rent + $500 security deposit reserves the room.
Internet is Comcast. Utilities are split and range from ~$75-200+/per person per month depending on time of year, usage, and pricing.
