It is a clean, beautiful, and spacious apartment downtown Menlo Park with spacious rooms, a cute outdoor patio, and lots of sunlight. The room was recently professionally cleaned and has a newly bought bed frame, mattress, cabinets, a desk, and an office chair that are available for sale.

10 min walk to Menlo Park Caltrain station, Stanford shopping mall. 5 min walk to big Safeway, gym, tennis courts, and coffee shops. Google shuttle stop (Palo Alto) also 10 min away.

Available last week of December, ideally someone moves in by Jan 1st 2024
Lease ends October 31, 2024 (possible to extend for longer)

• Rent is $3,400 for the apartment, $1,700 each

• Electric (average 50~) and water/sewage/trash (average 150~)

• Dishwasher, microwave, oven, big fridge, lots of counter space

• Tub/ shower combo

• 2 parking spots per apartment (1 in parking garage, 1 outside)
