Currently living near campus, but my room is very small (was for kids). Want to move to a new room with larger space.

The new room should:

Can fit a large size bed (larger than single bed) and computer table.

Can cook; Can do laundry in house.

Quite, and nice roommates; Roommates don't have long-term overnight guests.

Rent less than 1.1k, including unities, wifi and parking

With a parking lot.

I will move-in 1 month after confirmation, rent 6-12 months. I am 30s Asian male.
