My flatmate is moving out of our 2B2B apartment in Palo Alto and willing to transfer his 1B1B lease. The rent is $1600 with parking. (1 time $50 charge to get parking pass). Looking for someone to move in. No gender preference but should be okay with non-vegetarian meals. No pets.
I am a PostDoc at Stanford. Reviews from my flatmate: She is very easygoing and fun.
