One private upstairs bedroom available Feb 1 in a house with 3 young professionals and a cat. Shared bath with 2 others. Full kitchen access, dishwasher, laundry, large driveway and street parking. Garage has plenty of space for storage and the upstairs room has several large cabinets as well as a built in desk, cupboard, small bookshelf, and display shelves to the ceiling. Utilities are additional and split evenly between housemates, usually around $70-$90 per month. Landlords are responsive and friendly. We are looking for someone friendly who cleans up after themselves. House chores and things like toilet paper costs are split among the house. All applicants will meet the current housemates and pass a credit check before approval, and be added to the lease for the next 6 months with option to renew annually. No more pets at this time. Room for one person only.
