Our SF space (west portal) has multiple room openings. Location is amazing both for access into the city and getting away from the business. There's a lot of parking too. Size-wise the house is comparable to the co-ops on campus (the kitchen is similar layout and size to your typical co-op kitchen). Pricing is great value for SF; we negotiated low rent during the pandemic and the landlord has not raised it since.
