Seeking a minimum 1-year lease agreement.
I am a second-year medical student at Stanford.
Available to move in as early as next month.
Studio/ADU must include a kitchen.
Preference for a furnished living space.
Location should be within a 10-12 minute drive from Stanford campus; closer proximity is highly desirable.
Open to assisting an older adult tenant with tasks such as grocery shopping, errands, or tech support, in exchange for reduced rent or other accommodations.
