We are looking for a housemate to join our beautiful 1700 square feet, 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment in San Francisco. Current housemates are Stanford alumni (grad students ’21 and ’22). We have been living here since August/22, and our housemate is moving to the East Coast. We are looking for someone who can join us in mid-February/March.

Location: The penthouse is in the Mission District, near the Zuckerberg Hospital. The neighborhood is lovely, safe, and convenient — a quiet street within walking distance from pretty much anything, from bars and restaurants to pharmacies and grocery stores. Also, the weather is excellent: one of the hottest areas in SF, with many sunny days, which we often enjoy from our private balcony.
Rent and utilities: Rent is 2000/month with most utilities included and PG&E, usually around $50 per person.
