Hi everyone! I’ll be out of town and I’m subletting my room from February 1st to March 1st (flexible dates). The house location is in North Beach right by Washington Square Park. The rent is $1450/month with utilities included. The room is spacious and fully furnished as is the home. We are so lucky to also have a nice backyard and washer and dryer machine in our unit.

About the roommates, all are in their mid-20s. Pooja, 24, works as a server at one of the nicest restaurants in the city. Tibor, 23, is studying psychology and hopes to be a therapist in the future. He also works as a barista. Richard, 26, works as an accountant.

I’m looking for someone respectful and tidy.
