I am looking for someone to lease out my room from March 1st to May 31th or longer.
Basically it's a 3br/2ba Menlo Park furnished home within 3.5 miles of Stanford campus (bus 2min from the house or a bike is available).

Utilities (laundry,water,electricity,garbage)/Hi-Speed internet included in $1.300.
TVs/monitors in living room and each bedroom.
Each bedroom has a digital lock with configurable passcodes.
e-Bikes are available for tenants and carpooling to campus as well.
