Hi I'm looking to rent a studio or 1bedroom apartment near Palo Alto for a move in date of April 27th. I'm willing to commute 30-40 minutes to Stanford. My budget is less than $1.5k not including utilities. I know this is hard to find in the bay but please let me know if there are any available or if you have any recommendations.
