Furnished back patio with a heat lamp & grill
Washer & dryer
A kind landlord who we keep in regular touch with
No pets (not allowed in our lease)

The housemates:
We are 4 professionals/grad students in their late 20s. Our close community enjoys hanging out together and sharing communal dinners a few times a week. We share house chores and keep a neat home. We often have friends over for dinner, movie nights, and art nights. We throw the occasional party for birthdays or holidays.
