We’re clean, respectful, and easy-going professionals looking for someone similar. No smoking or pets, please. I’ve lived here for over a year and the neighborhood is very quiet and the property manager is responsive to any fix-it requests I’ve sent him. One of us is a recent Stanford alum and one of us works at Stanford.

We are really close to Apple/Google campuses and the Moffett campuses for various tech companies. 25 min drive to anywhere inside campus and <15 min drive to downtown Palo Alto. 7 min to both Sunnyvale Caltrain or Mtn View Caltrain (bikeable)

Move in date and lease length are both flexible
