Hello Peninsula house hunters! We have a room for you!

This room becomes available on April 1st (with some possible potential for an earlier move in date if needed).

The room is located in a spacious Palo Alto house with 7 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. We are currently a close group of community-oriented housemates in our mid 20s to early 30s who work in education, engineering, and technology.

Here's a little more about ourselves:

-Y is a language nerd. She like wrangling with words and stewing over word choices. Equally ready for a show as she is for spontaneous adventure. Maybe you'll be the hiking buddy on her next camping trip.
-E loves competing. Ultimate Frisbee is his jam, but he also is unbeatable at spikeball. He is an Amazonian nerd who isn't afraid to speak his mind.
-T is always on an adventure. She hikes every single day! You also will probably never see her without a bowl of crunchy vegetables.
-A is the house angel. As an elementary school teacher she bring a touch of kindness and love to the house that makes it feel quite homey. When she's not wrangling 2nd graders, she's diving on the volleyball courts, dancing to funky beats, clinging onto crimps, or shredding the slopes up north.
-E loves reading and cooking, and is excited for the spring to come so he can start digging and planting in our garden. He also loves living communally and going on lil adventures with the house.

Our house has a two-car garage currently filled with bikes, snowboards, surfboards, and other adventure implements, a spacious backyard with a fire pit, wood deck, and grill, and an amazing hosting kitchen / living room / dining room. We're also walking distance to a fancy grocery store, Rick's Ice Cream, and the one and only Great Clips (ok, there's more than one...). Costco is a 4 minute drive. Stanford is a 20-25 minute bike ride, or 10-15 minute drive depending on traffic.

Additional details:
Utilities and house supply costs shared among housemates ~$100/month. We share equally in house chores and all agree to keep the house clean and orderly. The room is furnished. First month ($1,073) + deposit ($1,428) required upon move-in (total $2501).

Furniture pictured in bedroom can be included for an additional cost.
