I have a 2 bedroom house/cottage downtown Palo Alto in front of Johnson Park, two blocks from University Ave. My roommate is moving out, and I am seeking a new roommate male or female starting March 1st.
Me: Male, working professional under 40(barely). I keep my home very clean and simple. I have all the basics, couch, flatscreen, kitchenware, coffee maker, bbq, etc. Kitchen is big, with all new appliances. House has central heat and AC. I am open to additional furniture if need be.
There is a washer and dryer in the home also. Bathroom is shared.
Rent is $1,700/mo. I pay for WiFi, Utilities are split monthly. Parking is street with residential parking pass to be included.
