I'm a first-year PhD student in economics at Stanford. I'm gonna be out of my room in a Rains 4 bed / 2 bath during Spring Break (Stanford graduate residence).
My roomate with whom the bathroom is shared won't be here either, so the bathroom will be all yours.

However, please note the following :

• I will be leaving most of my stuff in my room as it just a 10 days trip
• I'm going to Canada on the 20th, flying back on the 25th and then flying on 26th to other part of the US (back on 31st) - I will be back for the night of the 25th but I can sleep in my roomate's room or on the sofa so as not to disturb your stay
• I will provide clean bedsheets for your stay
• We might negotiate your ability to use my bike during these days (if there is mutual trust)
• This arrangement would be between you and me (and not through the R&DE official procedure)

All of these things explain the (very) low price - we can negotiate it but I think it's fair.

Please DO NOT CONTACT ME FOR OTHER DATES than these ones (you can contact me even if you only want to stay for part of the break, and we'll negotiate the price).
