I am seeking a female tenant to take over my 5-month lease from early March to mid-July, with the flexibility of extending thereafter. You will be sharing the space with my exceptional female roommate, a master's student at Stanford, who maintains a regular schedule with approximately 9-hour workdays on campus.

The two-floor townhouse is located 15min bike distance from Stanford Oval.

House details:
-The room will be unfurnished
-There is a shared bathroom, kitchen (dishwasher and air fryer available), living room, and backyard
-There is an on-site parking spot, covered bike-storage, and on premise laundry room (you are the closest unit)
-Utilities (including internet) are approximately $70-100 per month
