I'm looking for someone to take over my apartment lease, which ends on September 24, 2024.

Monthly Rent: $2,664

Furniture for Sale: I'm also offering my furniture for sale at a great price if you're interested.
Location: The apartment is conveniently located near Japantown and Pacific Heights, with easy access to Muni lines for commuting.
Parking: Attached garage parking is available.

Apartment Complex: It’s an apartment complex with an on-site gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi (one of my fav!), and lounge.
I really like this neighborhood and apartment, but sadly, I have to let it go.
