It is walking distance to Caltrain, Target, Whole Foods, AMC, as well as all of downtown Sunnyvale's restaurants and the farmers market. It has a shared bathroom with another female roommate. Rent is approx. 1500 + utilities. Since you'll be taking over my lease, I am happy to let you keep my deposit as well as move in early as needed (rent is settled through end of March!).
