The room is a decent sized bedroom in the rear of the house and it has its own bathroom. We can get you a street parking pass for a small annual fee from the city if you have a car.

The kitchen has a gas range, and is good for cooking. We also have a porch that's nice for hanging out. We're a house of active young professionals in our late 20s who work mainly in tech and mainly work at offices in the area during the week.

Rent includes utilities and the lease is 6 months with a 1800 deposit, then month-to-month.
