Large Master bedroom w/ ensuite bathroom. Inside a bright 4 bedroom Palo Alto home with spacious common areas and friendly roommates.
Monthly Rent: $2,200

Willing to offer a month-month rent
Bedroom:
The bedroom has a large window overlooking a vast assortment of colorful fruit trees. For storage, there are 2 large closets in the bedroom, along with some shared space in the garage and other common area space used collectively by the house. The in-suite bathroom has a full shower along with some storage under the sink.
Location:
Located near Midtown Palo Alto, walking distance from Safeway, Philz coffee, and many restaurants on Middlefield Rd and California Ave, along with its associated Cal Train station.
Common areas:
The kitchen features a large island, gas stove, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space and kitchen equipment that is typically shared whenever you get the itch to cook. The living room has a massive OLED TV along with a huge board game selection, several couches and indoor plants. There is a washer and dryer along with an extra fridge/freezer in the garage.
There is a backyard with a covered patio and small garden which is great for hanging out during the day, or having gusts.
The garage currently includes a workout area including squat/bench rack and barbell/free weights which you are welcome to use. We also use it for storage.
Parking in the driveway is first come first serve, but there is always ample space right next to the house on the cul-de-sac.
Future roommates:
James and Cheyenne are a couple in their mid twenties from Kentucky. James works for a startup in Palo Alto as a software engineer. Cheyenne is a recruiter at a large accounting firm in San Francisco. They enjoy exploring the bay area, hiking, biking, and playing board games.
Conner is an engineer for a large tech company, great storyteller, and passionate car guy as an avid F1 and Porsche fan.
Jayant recently completed his PhD at Stanford and works for a self-driving company in the area. He is from India and is a hardcore road cyclist who also enjoys swimming and painting.
We tend to spend a lot of time together as a house, playing games, going on bike rides, and the occasional trip to Tahoe. Looking for a housemate who is clean and friendly and down for the occasional board game night.
