We’re three male graduate students in the school of sustainability, living in a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home (2500 sq feet) in Palo Alto searching for two roommates to join our group from April to July! (with the possibility of continuing the lease).

We are a queer-friendly household. We get along well, value community and cleanliness, and we’re hoping to find easy-going roommates who share our values.

Rent is $1,300 a month (+ utilities) and we live on a month-to-month lease.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood, with a pleasant 15-minute bike/car ride to Stanford University. We are located near downtown Los Altos and are a convenient 25-minute bike ride to the nearest Cal train station.

The house has a full kitchen, air conditioning, washer/dryer, driveway parking, and plenty of additional street parking.

The house is located on a large property (~ 0.75 acres) with a lot of opportunities for gardening, bonfires, etc... We have a large back patio space used for entertaining.
