Hi all!

We are looking for a new roommate, or couple, to move in by May 1 in our cosy 2B/2B apartment. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is nice. There is 1 parking spot included for the entire house. Utilities and wifi are about 50-100$ a month depending on the month. If you are a single roommate, you will pay half the cost of utlities and wifi. I attach some pics from when we took over the house, though now there is some furniture in the living room and kitchen area (e.g. couch, TV, dining table, etc).

The area is pretty quiet but walking distance from Cal Ave and Birch st, with really nice weekend market, music events, and good italian restaurants (among others). There are also grocery shops nearby. Entrance into highway or Caltrain stop are also nearby. Stanford campus is ~10min bike depending on where you are.

You will share the apartment with Tara, a super nice, friendly, and fun Stanford postdoc in electrical engineering, who plans to bring GPS to the moon (so astronauts can better orient themselves, I guess? :). She loves baking delicious cookies, drinking tea, and playing boardgames, among other things.

What we are looking for:
