Seeking lease transfer for a spot in a 3 room house in Los Altos Hills. (March/April/May-August). [FEMALE ONLY]

You will be living in a house with two girls, one a post-doc at Stanford, and another a recent Stanford alumna working in Palo Alto.

Rent is $2,000 a month and an additional $117 per month for utilities.

Unit is an ADU with a private entrance and private garage. You will get 2 rooms: 1 bedroom, and the downstairs dining room (which can be used as an office). You will share the bathroom with with one other person. You will also have a parking spot in the garage.

Unit has a full kitchen with ample counter space and storage. There’s an in-unit laundry machine and dryer. I am open to leaving the bedroom/office furnished (bed frame, mattress, dresser) for a small additional cost. Unit features a private patio/porch enveloped in the hills and surrounded by trees/greenery. Occasionally, deer can be seen roaming the property.

Unit is <10 minutes from Stanford, 5 minutes from Stanford Dish Hiking Trail, 2 minutes from the 280 freeway by car. Unit is also a 5 minute walk from Tesla HQ and the 1070 Arastradero Road Stanford Med Office/Bus shuttle stop.

Household is alcohol / pork free (both residents are observant muslims).
