My wife and I are looking to rent a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in PA/Menlo Park. Preferably something within 15 minutes biking distance of Stanford.

We are looking for a person (or a couple) to join us in our apartment hunt. We are looking at something that would be adequately spacious for the both of us. So we are anticipating that the rent would be in the 3.7-4k range, split half between us and half between you. We will pay 2/3 of the bills if you are single, as presumably we will proportionally consume more water/gas etc.

A bit about us, we moved to Stanford from Australia. I am an engineer, and she is a neuroscientist. We do like to cook about 5 nights a week. That hasn't been a problem for us so far in our share-house, as we do adapt our cooking times.

We tend to be quite busy during the week but do like to watch a movie, or hang out on the weekends.
