Hello,

I’m looking for a female to lease out my bedroom for May and June. The lease ends on June 30, 2024, and my roommates will not be renewing.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is located in Mission Dolores neighborhood in San Francisco. It is 2 blocks from Dolores Park, 2 blocks from MUNI, and 2 blocks from BART.

There is usually a garage parking spot available for $150/month. The apartment is under a 5-minute drive to the 101.

If you need the bedroom furniture, that can be arranged. Otherwise, I will sell the bedroom furniture. The common spaces are furnished.

You will have your own full bathroom. (The other 2 roommates share the master bathroom.)

The other 2 roommates are female engineers in their late 20s. We are quiet, clean, and respectful, and we expect the same from you.

Rent is $1,730/month, excluding electric and wifi.
