<h2>Required Experience</h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree preferred in business, urban planning, real estate development or related field</li>
<li>Real estate acquisition or development experience</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of land use and real estate development</li>
<li>Proficiency in Excel and financial pro forma analysis</li>
<li>Organizational skills, strong writing, and great interpersonal skills</li>

<h2>Primary Duties & Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Land acquisition research and feasibility analysis</li>
<li>Scope, target, and map land opportunities</li>
<li>Interface with property owners, city officials, and real estate brokers</li>
<li>Proforma underwriting, negotiations, and creative problem solving</li>
<li>Initiate and maintain relationships with brokers, lenders, and city development staff</li>
<li>Participate in due diligence and project entitlement activities</li>
</ul>

<p>Salary ranges from $90,000 - $135,000 per year plus mileage reimbursement for workday travel. Bonus potential of 20%.</p>
