<h2>Your Mission</h2>
<ul>
<li>Provide ongoing technical support to Ethereum community members</li>
<li>Serve as the primary liaison between the development team and internal/external stakeholders including sales, development, and management</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve user issues efficiently within the Ethereum ecosystem</li>
<li>Contribute to documentation by adding issues and solutions, and enhancing documentation as necessary</li>
<li>Execute SQL queries to verify user information within Ethereum applications</li>
<li>Collaborate with DevOps team as required</li>
</ul>
<h2>Your Profile</h2>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role in the Ethereum ecosystem</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Ethereum, Solidity, smart contracts, web3.js, and IPFS</li>
<li>Proficient in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance</li>
<li>Familiarity with PostgreSQL/MySQL or other database systems</li>
<li>Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li>
<li>Eagerness to acquire new skills and adapt to emerging Ethereum technologies</li>
