It is a perfect place for a single lady. 35-37 min drive to Stanford. CVS and a small mall are within walking distance. Safeway is 2 min drive. Walking trail in 2 min drive. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Costco's, and the shopping mall are in a 5-minute drive. Light cooking is fine. A furnished place with a twin-size bed and a smart TV in the room.
