Hi!

I'm an Electrical Engineering PhD student at Stanford. I'm subletting my bedroom in an Escondido Village low-rise for the summer, as I will be traveling abroad. Your move-in dates are flexible: I will leave on June 4 and not return before early-to-mid-September (we can discuss my return date according to your needs; I just have to be back around September 20, before fall quarter starts).

The rent is $1350, utilities included.

Our low-rise has three bedrooms; my bedroom has no adjoining walls with the other two, and looks out on the green lawn by Kennedy Service Center. It's quiet and nice. Laundry unit is adjacent to the graduate student package center, maybe three minutes away on foot.

Important conditions:

1. You must be a Stanford affiliate (as per my rental contract...)
2. You will be living with up to two other women, so a female subletter would be preferred.
