We are located near the Dutch Goose Pub in West Menlo Park.

Simple kitchenette with a stove, mini fridge, microwave and sink. Should be suitable for simple cooking.
Fully furnished with a bed, mattress, dining table, chairs, desk, working chair.
Full bathroom but no on-site laundry.
Designated parking space in the driveway.

Single Occupancy only. No pets, no smoking, no drugs .

$1850 per month for one year lease. $2100 for month-to-month. Minimum 3 month stay.
Water and Garbage is paid by the owner.
Rest(PG&E) will be paid by a tenant. The Internet can be shared with a main house or have own.

$1850 deposit.
