Looking for 1 quarter subleaser for summer quarter (around June 18th till September 23rd 2024) in Stanford Housing.

Private room in a 3 bedroom/1bathroom house with patio, bike racks, front and back door, spacious living room. Two wonderful roommates who love to cook, are super friendly and mindful, and live in a warm and cozy environment. Great, fully stocked kitchen. The house is well insulated, the surroundings are quiet. Easy to get off and on campus. Bus stop a 2min walk away. This is one of the best places I have ever lived!
