• Kitchen essentials (fridge/freezer, electric stovetop and oven, cabinets, pots, pans, utensils, toaster, kettle).
• Bathroom with tub and shower

Total rent is $3,200 monthly.
Water, electric, Wi-fi and laundry (washing machine + dryer) are included.

Priority goes to lessees staying for the entire period. We are open to a later start date/earlier move out date.

Only graduate students are eligible to apply due to Stanford policy.
