Hi my name is Mae. I am looking to fill a room in a spacious downtown home. You would have a postdoc(F27) and someone who is retired (M40) early as your roommates. There is also a hypoallergenic dog, who serves as a service dog. The house would be available as early as May and continue till August I believe. The chance for extending the lease is fully available.

You would live upstairs, which is shared with the postdoc. You have a kitchenette, a back porch, a shared bathroom, a living space all just on the second floor. The housemates love to get together to watch movies, cook and travel. The downstairs is also full access with a meditation room in the back of the house. There is plenty of room for hanging outside with a beautiful front porch and a gardening in the back yard. If that isn't enough there is a park only a few steps away from the house.
