From the end of July to the first week of September my room ($1750 +/- 30m2, shared bathroom) is available. Dates for the lease are flexible but a minimum of 3 weeks is preferred, the price excludes utilities which are roughly $100.

Our large townhouse in Midtown Palo Alto has a large garden including BBQ, basketball court, and furniture for late evenings in the summer. The house has large open kitchen and living room that is shared with 4 other Stanford PhD/researchers in the end of their twenties - beginning of their thirties. We regularly eat together, have drinks, and go on trips/hikes.
