I'll be starting an MFA program in the fall and am looking for a room to rent in a tidy and peaceful house/apartment close to campus around Sept 1!

I'd love to live with other grad students but definitely open to other configurations as well. I'm a tidy and considerate housemate, love sharing a good meal, and also very much value having quiet time to recharge.

I know I'm a bit early to the game but trying to get ahead of it because I'll be moving from the East Coast!
