Hi! I am looking for a place to rent (1B) for the duration of summer quarter as I will be doing an internship on campus. The exact move in and move out dates are flexible, as is the rate. I am more interested in securing something soon.

I am very responsible, and cleaner and quieter than your average person. I have rented many times before, including successfully from a Stanford PhD before. I even took care of the renter's cat during my stay!
